Anyone who has ever called Microsoft Xbox Support knows of the lack of satisfactory service you will receive. You may get whatever you wanted done from telephone service operator, but it will not be easy. Microsoft realizes this now and has launched a new website for repairs: service.xbox.com. At this website you can register your console, check on your warranty and check the status of your repair services, if you are one of three that has had to have your Xbox 360 repaired.
