GTA IV DLC Hitting This Fall

It looks like Microsoft has finally given us a release window for the first episode of the Xbox 360 exclusive DLC that we were promised long ago. In a statement made to IGN at Leipzig, a Microsoft rep confirmed that we would be able to get our hands on some downloadable episodic goodness this fall.

“In autumn there will be news from Liberty City; the first episodes of GTA IV will be available for download exclusively on Xbox LIVE, underlining Xbox 360’s leadership role in the field of digital entertainment.”

We don’t have a date yet, but as autumn gets closer, our excitement for the release of this DLC will likely go through the roof. Let’s just hope there are no more delays after a hint like this.

PGR4 Gets Bikes

vidgrab02_sm.jpg

Bizarre Creations annouced on their blog today that their upcoming racer, PGR4, will feature bikes as well as cars! The major thing about the bikes is that they will be allowed to drive in the same races as cars. This idea naturally brings skepticism to fans of the franchise, but just think about how fun it could be! Bizarre Creatons also promises this addition to be fun, going as far as to say that 99% of people will play the bikes as much as cars. Their is also going to be a new kudo’s system for bikes involving doing some tricks. This seems a little off kilter for this kind of game, but it will hopefully be as great as the rest of the game.

PS- The character models of the bikers are amazing too, check out some more screens after the break.
