Even though Assassin’s Creed: Altair Chronicles is set to come out on February 5, 2008, the details have always been a little scarce for the game. We just confirmed the game even being in existence a few months ago and there has been little news since, except when the subtitle was announced for the game. But IGN has posted some screens of the Nintendo DS version of Assassin’s Creed which confirm a few things. Some of them are that the bottom screen will be used for a map and that the game is an action game and not a the type of game with card moves, like Metal Gear Acid. The game doesn’t look half bad on the DS, but I can see that it will probably disappoint people who don’t normally play the DS.
